good news!!!

hi!
so my mom and I tried out for this small group piece we're doing in Festival Chorus...well our conductor wanted us to have another week to work more on it and then sing it again last night...and guess what?? My mom and I got in!! There are 4 people singing the alto part (of whom my mom is one) and I'm one of the 4 singing the soprano part. Fun, huh?? Also, you'll be glad to hear that our other pieces are coming well, too! :) Hopefully we'll get a recording or something I can share w/ you all of the concert but...who knows. Talk to you all later!
